tutu.to WordPress Plugin

Upload images to tutu.to while writing, or paste an existing image URL. The plugin creates a Media Library entry and inserts the original image URL into your post.

WordPress 6.0–7.1.1 PHP 7.4–8.3+ API v2

Dedicated upload controls

Choose “Upload to tutu.to” in the block editor, Classic Editor, or Media Library. Normal WordPress uploads keep their existing behavior.

Import existing images

Paste an existing tutu.to image page or direct URL to create a Media Library entry and insert it into a post. Importing an existing link does not require an API key.

Insert the original image

Plugin uploads and imports insert the full t.tutu.to/img/ image URL into posts and also create a WordPress Media Library entry.

Install and use

  1. 1

    Install the plugin

Download the ZIP, then use Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin in WordPress and activate 兔兔图床.

  2. 2

    Configure uploads

Enter your API v2 key under Settings → 兔兔图床. Optionally enable anonymous uploads; this setting is off by default.

  3. 3

    Upload or insert

Use the 兔兔图床 sidebar in the block editor, buttons above the Classic Editor, or the 兔兔图床 panel in Media → Library/Add New.

If an older version is installed, upload the new ZIP in WordPress and choose to replace the existing plugin when prompted. Do not uninstall the old version first; replacing it preserves the API key, settings, and Media Library mappings.

Good to know

Anonymous uploads and quota

Anonymous upload hides the public uploader identity, but still uses the configured API key account and its quota.

Files and the Media Library

Supports JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP, with a tutu.to maximum of 30 MiB per image. Account and WordPress/PHP limits may be lower. A local copy is retained for Media Library metadata.

Existing images and later edits

Existing WordPress images are not migrated. Editing the local attachment does not update the tutu.to image, and deleting a WordPress attachment does not delete its tutu.to image.

New plugin upload statistics

Successful uploads and current quota usage are tracked accurately from the new plugin release onward. Only tutu.to site administrators can view global and per-user statistics. Older uploads are not backfilled, and importing an existing image URL is not a new upload. Deleting a hosted image leaves the lifetime upload count unchanged while reducing current usage.
